These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CatechismAI ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our Catholic chat platform and related services. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

CatechismAI is an AI-powered Catholic chat assistant designed to help users explore and understand the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Our chatbot provides accurate answers to questions about Catholic teaching by searching through and quoting directly from the official Catechism.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including hours of operation or availability, without notice or liability.

Important: CatechismAI provides information directly from the Catechism of the Catholic Church. While we strive for accuracy, the Catholic chat is a tool for exploration and learning, not a replacement for pastoral guidance, spiritual direction, or consultation with qualified Catholic theologians and clergy.
